What are the camping option and does camping cost extra?

There is a large amount of free primitive camping included to easily accommodate small tents to large toy haulers or coaches. There are no specific camping spots and camping is FCFS. If you want to camp with a group, we recommend arriving together, as there is no reserving or saving camp spots for others.

Additionally there is reserved premium camping with power. Reserved camp spots will have one 50 or 30 amp power connection, based on your purchase. You can select to add one camp spot per purchase. Premium camp spots are not assigned and FCFS for those who purchased a camp spot. Premium sites WILL sell out and not be available for purchase at the gate.

Is this open wheeling for any type of vehicles or limited to just SxS/ATVs/UTVs?

This event is specifically focused on ATV, UTV (side by sides). Open wheeling for full sized and highway vehicles is allowed for most other Mountain Mafia Events.

What amenities are around the Ranch

  • 6 miles south of the ranch on highway 95 is 3 Mile Junction, including a gas station (with Premium non-ethanol gas), restaurant, showers, big rig diesel pumps and convenience store.
  • Across the street is Pro-X hardware store that is open except for Sunday.
  • 9 miles south of the ranch on highway 95 is the town of Bonners Ferry, which includes multiple food options, gas stations, two large grocery stores, liquor store and more.

Is there cell service at the Ranch?

For the most part you will have enough cell service to make a call or use data. AT&T and Verizon have some coverage, T-Mobile is fairly sparse and limited.

Is there an RV dump or water onsite?

There is not an RV Dump at the ranch, but there is one at the Bonner County Fairgrounds in Bonners Ferry (9 miles south) (follow the road west on the south side of the river for about ¼ mile and turn left just past the railroad tracks).

Non-potable water (not safe to drink) is available in some of the premium camp spots and various places around the Ranch. Potable water is available at the Bonner County Fairground across from the dump station. It is coin operator and gives about 50 gallons of water per $0.25. It is a good place to fill your fresh tank before getting to the Ranch.

Are pets allowed?

No pets are allowed. We loved our fury friends and want to keep them safe. Please keep your pets at home to ensure their safety.

Can I still attend if I don’t want to camp or don’t have a trailer?

Absolutely. There are several Hotel options including the Log Inn Hotel and RV Park that is about 6 miles south of the Ranch. Additionally, the Kootenai Casino and Hotel is right on the River about 9 miles south of the ranch.

Can I leave and return from the Ranch?

When the gates are open, you are free to come and go. Please make sure you keep your wrist band on, as you will not be able to return without buying a new ticket if you do not have your wristband on. Gate times:

  • Thursday: 9am to 11pm
  • Friday: 9am to 11pm
  • Saturday: 7am to 11pm
  • Sunday: 7am to 3pm

Are there times when we riding is closed/not allowed?

The Ranch has a policy of quiet time between 11pm and 7am. During these hours all vehicles must be at camp and not used. You are free to socialize at your camp past 11pm, but please respect others.

Are Idaho OHV stickers required for out of state or non-licensed OHVs?

While on Ranch property, no stickers or licenses are required. If you wish to ride off property, a Idaho OHV License or Sticker is required. They are $12 for one year and can be purchased on-line at http://trails.idaho.gov  You can also get a sticker at the Super 1 Foods courtesy desk in Bonners Ferry, on your way to Rally.  You can also get stickers at Allsport in the Spokane Valley/Liberty Lake.

Is there a place to camp close if we want to come up Wednesday night?
